Cardigan Street Activation Loop
A 10-minute loop centred on Cardigan Street designed to support City North precinct activation as a “living lab.” The route follows existing bike paths to ensure safe, accessible group riding, while enabling repeated passes through the Cardigan corridor during events and tactical urbanism interventions. This loop allows observation of rider behaviour, street usage, and community interaction, providing a practical way to test and activate public space.
