For organisations

Help your community ride together

Run cycling programs for your workplace, school or campus — from the first invitation to understanding participation.

Party Onbici brings routes, schedules and riders together so cycling initiatives become rides people can actually join.

Step 1

1. Create the program

Set the route, schedule and meeting points once.

Try it: choose an example program

One weekly series instead of organising every ride from scratch.

3. Ride together

Participants use the same Party Onbici experience to meet, navigate and ride together.

  1. Meet at the meeting point
  2. Riders arrive and the ride starts
  3. Ride the route together, with directions
  4. Arrive at the destination

The program becomes an actual ride — not just a sign-up form.

4. Measure participation

See how many people take part, how far they ride and the estimated impact.

Organisation reporting is set up with the Party Onbici team. Reports download as CSV, Excel or PDF.

Illustrative data shown for demonstration purposes

Support commuting-related sustainability reporting with aggregate cycling activity and estimated travel impacts.

Use these figures within your chosen Scope 3 methodology. They are not an audited carbon inventory.

Program insights, not individual surveillance

Understand aggregate participation without turning individual ride histories into an employee or student tracking tool.

  • Organisation reports show totals only — never a person's rides, routes or GPS tracks.
  • Ride organisers see who has joined their ride, with names and email addresses, as on any Party.
  • During a ride, live positions are shared on the ride's map — by default only with the ride's members. Afterwards, no organiser or organisation admin can view anyone's route history.
  • If fewer than 5 people rode in the reporting period, the report shows no figures at all, and months with fewer riders are withheld.

That's Party Onbici for organisations.

  1. Create
  2. Invite
  3. Ride
  4. Measure

From cycling initiative to real participation — with the route, riders and outcomes connected.

Who are you organising for? Keep going
Who it's for

One platform. Three ways to get people riding.

Already running a cycling initiative? Party Onbici can support the program you already have rather than replace it.

Make Ride to Work a program

Run weekly commuter rides, help colleagues travel together and understand aggregate participation over time.

  • Ride to Work
  • Station-to-office rides
  • Commuter groups
  • Team rides
  • Sustainability initiatives

Not just one Ride to Work Day — something people can keep using.

Help people ride to campus

Help staff and students discover routes by riding them with others.

  • Station-to-campus rides
  • Orientation week rides
  • Staff commuting
  • Student commuting
  • Residence-to-campus groups

A route is much easier to learn when you ride it with someone who already knows it.

Turn the school run into a Bike Bus

Create a route with pickup stops and arrival times so riders can join along the way.
